    This specialism aims to provides you with the opportunity to gain a systematic understanding Of the threats posed to organisations and businesses due to security risks. Graduates of this course will be expected to:

    • Be pro-active delivein recognising need to change within an organization and demonstrate ability in leading the change by making bold decisions informed by conducting accurate and adequate research, maintaining open communications, setting priorities and contingencies, setting deadlines and successful implementation project plan.
    • Deal with complex organisational issues both systematically and creatively to overcome challenges of dynamic business environment and wants of a high growth firm.
    • Successfully communicate meaningful information or make effective decisions in unpredictable situations using insights driven by data analysis and be able to communicate the conclusions to a range of stakeholders.
    • Demonstrate originality, insight, critical and reflective abilities to bear upon problem situations.
    • Take responsibility for continuing to develop their own knowledge and skills while also assessing the training needs of others.
    Entry Requirements
    • A honours degree or equivalent professional qualification and a minimum of two years management/ supervisory work experience OR
    • Applicants with significant work experience but without a formal Level 6 qualification will also be considered AND
    • 'C' pass in GCE OIL English
