The Qualifi Level 4 Diploma in Business Management programme has been created to develop and reward the business managers of today and the future, and to continue to bring recognition and professionalism to the management sectors. This diploma provides an introduction to the main facets and operations of organisations and the challenges faced by modern day businesses. Furthermore, we look to create learning that advances the thought leadership of organisations, offering conceptual and practical insights that are applicable in the companies of today and tomorrow.
The Level 4 Diploma in Business Management qualification consists of 6 units for a combined total of 120 credits, 1200 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT) for the completed qualification.

- Learners will be expected to possess qualifications at Level 3, for example ‘A’ Levels or vocational awards. Or learners may be expected to have spent some time in an organisational role and shown they have capability and drive to develop.
The qualification is designed to be delivered over 1 year for full-time study, but it is also flexible in its delivery in order to accommodate part-time and distance learning. The qualification is delivered face-to-face, through lectures, tutorials, seminars, distance, online by KIMT.
Upon completing this Level 4 diploma, learners can progress to a Qualifi Level 5 qualification, or the second year of undergraduate study in business a related subject. Learners can also step directly into employment in an associated profession.
