    Program Introduction

    The program's aim is to impart learners with foundational knowledge, understanding, and skills in leadership, coaching, and mentoring. Key components encompass contemporary coaching and mentoring theories, supervision, ethical practice, transformative reflection, and real-world application. Graduates will gain insights into the challenges faced in coaching and mentoring today, improved knowledge of relevant theories, ethics, and professional recognition, as well as proficiency in transformative coaching and the opportunity to publish their work.

    Course Structure

    The MBA program at the UCAM is split into two stages: Level 7 and MBA Top Up.

    During the Level 7 stage, students will study six subjects that cover a range of strategic coaching & mentoring topics. Successful completion of these subjects will earn students the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring (120 credits) qualification.

    Once students have completed the Level 7 stage, they can proceed to the MBA Top Up stage. This phase involves the completion of a Consultancy Project Report of 12,000 words. The MBA Top Up phase is worth 60 credits and is awarded by the University of UCAM, Spain.

    • Coaching, Mentoring and Managing Organisational Culture and Behaviour (20 credits)
    • Research Methods for Coaching and Mentoring (20 credits)

    This stage consists of a single module 'Consultancy Project Report'. The module is designed to make a major contribution to learners' professional and Intellectual development, by enabling them to demonstrate their capacity for sustained independent thought, learning and critical reflection. 'Consultancy Project Report' should be of 12,000 words.

    Duration of the Program
    Our MBA program is designed to be completed within 12 months, divided into two stages of six months each. Stage 1 takes you to the mandatory units of your academic journey, followed by Stage 2, in which you would do your thesis.

    Weekly-time Commitment
    The time commitment required for KIMT’s programs is minimal since the prograns are formulated for working professionals. You merely need to commit 8-10 hours a week to your studies.
    Eligibility of Candidates
    At KIMT, we take pride in offering highly specialized master's programs tailored for advanced learners like you. To fully maximize the benefits of this exceptional education, we believe that relevant work experience is essential. Therefore, our eligibility criteria for KIMT's esteemed Master's programs are as follows:
    • For Graduates : A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
    • For Non-Graduates: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.*
    • A very small percentage of applicants are approved on the basis of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
