MS Ayesha Bakhtawar is a senior faculty member of the business management department at KIMT Institute. She has done her Masters in business management and is currently pursuing a PhD in business management. She has more than five years of experience in academia. Her research interests are multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary with the main themes of GHRM, GSCM, wellbeing, and sustainability development goals. She has published her work in reputed journals. Along with this, she is also a reviewer for different business journals. Her main goal is to facilitate students’ learning and participation in the class, as for her, knowledge is not enough, but also constructing personality on the basis of that knowledge is important.

Shah J. Abdallah is an accomplished IT professional and
experienced educator with over 13 years of experience in the
field. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager at DATCO
Group and a Senior Lecturer at Kingston Institute of
Management & Technology (KIMT).
Shah's passion for teaching has led him to work for various
companies and institutes over the years. His commitment to
honesty, honor, and satisfaction make him a sought-after
instructor, having previously served at Kazi Farms Group,
Bangladesh Youth Training Centre, and National Youth
Development Training Institute.
Shah holds several vendor certifications, including MCP,
MCSA, MCSA(M), MCTS, and CCNA. He has also completed a
Master's in Business Administration with a focus on IT
security from SMC University, and a Bachelor's in Computer
Science from Universidad Del Golfo.
With a strong belief that everyone has some hidden skills, he
is passionate about introducing these skills to his students in
the classroom. He strives to inspire and motivate his students
to unlock their potential and reach their career goals in the
field of IT.

Sanjida Akhter Chowdhury completed her Bachelor from Independent University, Bangladesh with major in Finance and minor in Marketing. Then she has done Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Chittagong with a major in Human Resource Management. Prior to starting her teaching careers she has worked with her teachers as a research assistant and after that she has been teaching in different educational institutions for more than 4 years which gives her the diverse academic background, in-depth knowledge ,and organizational and communication skills to enrich the students of KIMT with proper educational guidelines and assistance.

She believes a person is not born a scholar, but with hard work and right guidance they can become one. As a part of KIMT, she is determined to assist the students with her academic expertise to lead them with adequate knowledge and advice for a better and prosperous future.

Sarita Mawla, a business graduate of North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh with marketing major. She has multiple experiences in educational institutions. Her position at KIMT as the ideal opportunity to contribute the skills she has gained from her professional experience, academic studies and diverse background.
Her organizational and communication skills are well demonstrated in her work experiences as she gained depth knowledge in how to develop a curriculum and how to update it by using different tools. She believes leadership is a practical skill which everyone can learn from KIMT and the personal growth of her students will enhance under the skilled leaderships of this organization.

Nishat Nag an Accounting graduate from Chittagong University, Bangladesh with outstanding academic records. He is enriched with 5+ years teaching and working experiences in accounting & finance sectors. En excellent academic background with passionate towards teaching profession make him one of the most popular teacher in our faculty. He’s also an expert operating various accounting software like- Oracle, Tally ERP, Quick book etc. He is currently teaching subjects like- Accounting principles, Investment Analysis, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting etc.

He is Assistant professor of Lincoln University College (LUC) Malaysia and prior to join LUC he served Ranganathan Engineering (REC) India as an Assistant Professor. He also served SMS College of Arts and Science (India) as guest lecturer. He was also part of Shakti Hatcheries PVT Limited (India) as a marketing & sales executive.

Teoh C.N. (the founder of Simplified Management Consultancy Sdn Bhd) is a Doctor of Philosophy (Mgmt) and a graduate of Master of Art Degree in Management (UK) and Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (M’sia), plus a Certified Graduate of Palladium Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard (USA). Prior to joining us he served Jamia Mehdavia as Lecturer, International Islamic University Malaysia as Research Assistant and Universiti Teknologi MARA as research Assistant.

He also has vast experiences scientific and other specializations. He served as Scientific Reviewer at Global Illuminators, Shari’ah Compliant Officer at Eco-ethics Business Consultancy Canada, Shari’ah Finance Expert at Eco-ethics consultancy India, IFN Correspondent at Islamic Finance News, Editorial Board Member at International journal of accounting and financial management research and Editorial Board Member at International journal of business and research.

Dr.Vizayer Raj (DBA). A doctoral graduate has 35 years of Industrial experience involving domestic and International activities for broad range of corporations and businesses. He has an extensive experience in consulting and training in a wide range of subjects. A versatile trainer in Malaysia and abroad.

Prior to becoming a full-time trainer consultant in 2007 he served as a manager in the following multi-national companies:

Sumitomo Corporation, Toshiba Plant Kentesu, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Keppel Engineering, Supreme Chemicals and Proton Automobile Malaysia. Among the projects handled were KLIA, Petronas Gas Pipeline, and Putra Jaya Administrative Centre, Precinct 2, Prai Power Station, Penang and Kapar Power Station, Selangor.

Prof Dr Abhijit Ghosh is a member of Australian Institute of Management. Prior to joining Lincoln University College, Malaysia as the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Dr Ghosh, worked for Southern Cross University, Perth Campus, Australia as Director of Academic Studies.

He spent more than 5 years with West Coast Institute of Management and Technology, Perth as a Lecturer as well as for Australian Institute of Export for their Graduate Diploma course.

 Dr Ghosh’s qualifications include, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Graduate Diploma of Business (Management Studies), Master of Commerce (Accountancy) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Accountancy) Assessed and recognised by CPA Australia. During his spare time, Dr Ghosh spends his leisure time with his beautiful wife and 2 daughters, cooking, sightseeing and listening to flamenco music.
